Guests arriving at the Apple Hotel for the first time are immediately aware of our ideal spot at the entrance of the Passeier Valley, surrounded by four hectares of orchards and apple trees. Our country paradise is set in the spectacular Sarntal Alps near the Passer River, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Despite its location in the heart of this pristine environment, we are just a few minutes walk away from the nearby locality of Saltaus and only a 15-minute drive from the Spa town of Merano (9 km).

The Apple Hotel is perfect for an outdoor holiday, making it an ideal starting point for family-friendly walks, hikes and cycling excursions. For those keen on adrenaline sports, there is also paragliding otherwise there are more relaxing alternatives such as river fly-fishing. At just a few minutes walk from the hotel the Passer River is perfect for fishing in peace and tranquillity. More adventurous guests might enjoy a paraglide launch and being able to conveniently land on the large field just in front of the hotel. The nearby hiking trail runs along the old Maiser Waalweg irrigation channel trail and the Hirzer outdoor recreation area is also in the vicinity, with the Passeier Valley Cycle Track passing right next to the hotel.
